I don't know if anyone can help, but today the cable into the back wheel motor sheered off, rendering the bike powerless.

Does anyone know it this is easy to fix, I guess I'd have to take the back wheel off, and motor apart, but is it as easy as threading a new cable through, into the motor and soldering it to where it should connect?

If anyone can advise or give an illustration as to what I would be delving into, if I took the motor apart, it'd be much appreciated!:)

Hi Kelly, I had a shop call me today about the same problem. I can't remember where he was though - Sheerness I think?! Anyway, If you call me tomorrow I'll let you know your options, either DIY repair, send it off or replace.

Many thanks for the manuals Frank!

I'll have a go at fixing it myself, and if I can't, I'll go to the Chelmsford dealer.
