Can anyone give me a run down on the Powacycle Windsor rocker switch? It seems to have three positions which I assume controls the level of Pedelec assistance.

However I gather it switches in and out the twistgrip. Is this correct? Do you get Pedelec assistance in any of the three switch positions or does the switch only affect the twist grip?

My wife has just bought one, I am not at home and I am trying to advise her over the phone!

Gawd help us....

Thanks

It has three positions, but only two are used. It only controls the throttle - The pedelec sensor is enabled all the time that the battery is switched on.

I believe that the three position switch is used due to its high availability and low cost.

Many thanks for that bit of advice. I was coming round to thinking it must be something like that. I notice one person on the web describes the switch positions as "quirky" and that seems to sum it up.

All I have to do now is get the message across!

Thanks
