I am looking for powatryke circuit board Battery indicator

Show a photo of what you want. What you're saying doesn't make sense.

If you mean the throttle with the battery level indicator in it, follow the wire to its connector and show photos of that too.

I this circuit board inside battery box , 3 x 12v battery for trike.

You need to give a lot more info on what you have. Poat some photos, especially of the bits around that pcb. It looks a bit like the diagnostic LEDs from a Powabyke Euro.
