RC watt meter

just found this battery meter for a modicum amount, not sure what it plugs into but it is kind of cool...not sure if it can complete at all with any of the current bike related products that even give the speed and distance covered at the same time as electricity use.

This is the well known alternative to the former DrainBrain, which is now called the Cycle Analyst. Roughly the same functions, and I don't know of any issues with it.

Flecc's right. The only limitations with these (and there are several makes around in the RC world) is that they have a 50V (I think) limit and don't have all the added functions of the Cycle Analyst, like speed, throttle limit etc. Tornado seems to be the other fairly common brand. In fact rather than doctor my Cycle Analyst to fit my new "dashboard" I bought a cheap Tornado meter and took it apart.
