Replacment battery for Kalkhoff Agattu 3G puchased in 2011?

I see that this is my first post since 2013!
The 18Ah battery for the Panasonic motor on my Kalkhoff Agattu has finally given up the ghost having done sterling service for nearly11 years.
I purchased the bike from 50 cycles, and I am currently awaiting a call back to my enquiry about the availability of a replacement battery.
Does anyone have suggestions about alternative places to get a replacement battery?
