Specific output voltage for Impulse system charger

Can anyone who owns a 36 volt charger with XLR 4 socket to help me with the results of voltage measurements between pins 1 and 4 and then 3 to 4 ?
Need to check results with others values to see if charger is out-of- order
Charger is used for Kalkhoff/Raleigh Impulse system e-bike.
The pins have corresponding numbers inside marked on the circular plate in which are fixed , like in the foto attached).

Would you check please if pin 1 is a positive and 3 negative?
