stabilisers for freego regency electric bike.

I purchased freego regecy electric bike just before the company went down and had also been put on blood thinners. Having not ridden a bike for many years and doctors telling me not to fall off as it could cause dramatic bleeding I wonder if stabilisers for the bike would be the answer to give me confidence again and if so-which would be the best. The bike has yet to be ridden (although I have tried to charge the battery consistently). Can anyone advise? I live in UK

The practical solution is/was the trego tilting front wheel converter that Peter.c had for sale, one removes the front wheel and bolts on the adapter to make a trike cargo carrying conversion.

Racing trikes used to be all the thing. Probably still popular,though I've not seen any for a while.
Having an electric one wouldn't be an issue with so many conversion kits available these days.
