Storck Raddar Test Ride Day in the Lake District

A gentle reminder that we are holding a Storck Raddar Test Ride day from Ghyllside Cycles in Ambleside this Friday 10th August. Kevin and Calvin have planned a beautiful route that we will take organized rides from the Shop taking in varoius hills and valleys of the Central Lakes. The weather forcecast is perfect for the day (and the weekend).

Ian,good luck with your test ride day. If it is as succesful as our Redbridge Cycling Track day it will help to introduce e-biking to those who have not yet appreciated the joy of riding these bikes.

An awesome day was had by all at the demo day. The ride loop started outside Ghyllside Cycles, The Slack, Ambleside, took the pathed route towards Clappersgate, then took the beautifully quiet Bog Lane up towards the famous Drunken Duck.

Some happy riders here.

Then back down towards Ambleside. 5 sets of conducted rides taking about 50 minutes each ride.

Fantastic weather, lovely people and a great time. Many thanks to Kevin and Carl for organising and for everyone who turned up. Looking forward to the next one soon.

Hi Dave,
Sorry for not sharing this with you and also with other people on here much sooner,but a mate of mine did attend that day at the Redbridge Cycling Track.He had specifically said that Kudoscycles ebikes were the business,and there were so much to choose from.He also said that it was like 5yr old child in a sweet shop, finding it very hard and confusing what to pickup.

How about extending your demo day to include all marques of e-bikes,so that the day becomes a meeting day for pedelec riders-giving the opportunity for all to discuss the merits of different types/styles/makes of e-bikes. Our Redbridge event is open to all comers,.Please save the day in your diary,April 7 afternoon,good opportunity to demonstrate the hill climbing abilities of the new Storck Bosch drive bike.

Our E4 Co-operation are planning a number of demo and festival events around the country including the North for 2013. Some of the events will be open to all the trade and have a 'Festival' element to encourage e-bike owners to take part too.

We (E4) are making plans and discussing these events over the next few weeks and will release the dates and venues very soon.

As the Distributor of Storck Raddar e-bikes, we will also be supporting our Dealer network with organised demo rides around the country through 2013, similar to what we have done here with Ghyllside Cycles in the Lake District.
