Had a fantastic ride on Sunday morning. I needed to see how my battery is fairing as the warranty is about to expire and I noticed a significant drop in performance after the first year.

Anyway, I set off from home to do the Rutland Water circuit. It was a fantastic ride, left home at around 6.30am. It was really interesting how the warmth from the sun was gradually increasing. Took about 2 hours and 25 miles.

Heres the GPS Link

The battery still had some life in it, but was definitely getting low (one green light on battery) and wasn't pulling hard. Do you think this is normal? Its the 14ah version.

That 25 miles with still some range left doesn't seem too bad at two years old Paul. About a one third capacity loss at two years old is fairly common, and power does reduce as cell internal resistance rises with age.

I can't be definitive without knowing your original range on a similar ride when the battery was new, and also how much it's been used, but I'd be happy with 25 to 30 miles at two years.
