Before I got my Powabyke a few years ago I hadn't really ridden a bike any distance. The Powabyke Euro got me into riding up to 30 miles or so. I wasn't overweight or unhealthy but I wasn't fit either. I then wanted to ride further so I got a Kalkhof Agattu which allowed me to ride to about 50 miles and go up any hill. The next step was an 18A battery for the Agattu which took me to the 70 miles + range and then combining the batteries was a real day out !.
A lot of people who look at E-Bikes ask can you get from them as they help you so much that they can't be of much benefit. Well the answer to that is in in the following link, something that a few years ago I never thought possible for myself. My advice is buy one, reap the benefits and see where it can take you,you never know what you will be doing when you have improved your fitness.
