Had it tested and they say the hubs gone

You would need to tell the sales people what age your bike was is . It appears to me that they recycled the model number for at least two different bikes from different generations.

Why not try phoning or emailing them for their stockists list? Or maybe they can sell you what you need direct.

Hub motors are pretty standard, so are normally interchangeable. there's probably cheaper options than getting a UM one. Show us the connector.

One word of caution if replacing the hub motor.
I have a UM20 and the rear dropouts are 165mm wide. Check the width of yours before buying a replacement motor as most are 135 or 145mm wide.

The fat bike motors fit the wider drop-outs. They're 175mm, but the frame will spring easily enough:
