Hi Fatts,

I have one that does that too, so I got a new one from OnBike, they are £415 for the 10 Ah or £515 for the 14 Ah including delivery. The new ones are much improved and a lot lighter.
You will be very lucky to find a half decent used battery that somone is willing to part with. My old one dies after about 3 miles.
