Wanted Non runner or cheap Electric Bike

Has anybody got a non-runner taking up space which I can buy or have free to fix-up (hopefully !) or a cheap electric bike which works?

I Would also consider a kit or bits to help make up a kit ..controller, battery what have you? must be cheap can collect Cardiff/Bristol area or could courior if it was the right one!

I've got a fast4ward edge, less than a year old, rrp £999 which has never recovered from a dip in the canal, does that sound like a project you might be interested in? bike itself is top notch, battery and controller need attention, make me an offer if you think you could do anything with it.

Did you source a bike. If so, fine. If not I have an Offroad Proflex MTB with an AlienOcean 24v conversion which I'm looking to sell. Bike is well used but good spec and functioning fine. Let me know if you're interested and I can send pics, spec etc.
