what might be left in 17ah battery?

bought a new yosepower 17ah dolphin recently , using on subway with 250w tdz2 at 16amps
mode sport flatish terrain 41.6v on multimeter charged , one bar out of 8 showing for a while on battery level at 34 miles.

not wishing to run out , used throttle up and down my road 1.5 miles ,it still did not cut out but speed about 7 mph multimeter reads 33.5volts

first full charge since new

It’s a 10S battery, 10 cells in series, so 33.5 is about 3.3v per cell, minimum is 2.8v per cell as stated in your table, but the voltage will drop rapidly once you get close to 3v per cell.
Here’s a link to a test of an LG 18650 which shows the a discharge curve. No idea which LG cells you have, but this gives you the idea.
