Wisper 705 T controller issues

Have had an issue on one of our Wisper 705 T bikes, Wisper have been very helpful and tried a repair on the controller, unfortunately it hasn’t worked and we will need a new controller, it’s definitely a controller problem as I swapped it over with our other Wisper 705 t bike and it worked fine, unfortunately Wisper don’t have this controller . Bigger worry is I damaged a bullet connector on the bike, I have no idea what this cable is connected to on the bike, and it it’s possible to replace the cable on the bike. I have emailed Wisper support, but had no reply as I would imagine they are very busy. Anyone know what this cable is connected to on the bike, and it can be easily replaced. Fast losing the will to continue with the repairs.
