LSW947-10-2. This is a 20 Amp controller The only specs I have to hand are the ones stamped on the side of the controller – see photo below. Got this from the supplier. Tried to feel any difference on hills but even on steep hills i can't perceive anything :confused:

I am using a king-meter j-lcd unit on my bike and the last 4 power settings seem to be the same ! 1/ cuts out at about 10mph 2/ will run right up to the motors max which is about 19mph 3,4,& 5 all seem the same as 2 !! I have the max speed cut out set for 40kph so i reckon i'm using the motor's...

Dave, I cannot see the blue wire going to the mosfet. The wires join the PCB bottom left in this picture and the Mosfet is at top left. The PCB route is impossible to trace !! The red wire has corroded right through where it is soldered to the PCB so that's now disconnected and all the...

Thanks, im getting a 41v reading across the red and black but i guess i will have to short between red and which one ?? Actually i'll go and check the colors before anything else ;) Ok i have Red Black Blue Green Brown (may be purple as those two colours often look the same to me!)

I think most of the bikes with a hub motor only use a rotation sensor. Others will either confirm or otherwise ;)
