Error 10 e-bike

hi I have an e-bike that has error 10 I have replaced the screen and controller and checked all the connectors and it’s still coming up and i don’t know what else it could be can anyone help me with possible other problems

The Op doesn't really help themselves do they !!!!

Why do people come on asking for help when they don't give us any info on the bike they own or how the fault occurred make me wonder if they rub the magic lamp hoping for an answer.

I don't think it occurs to people that there are different manufacturers of bikes, controllers, displays and just assume that they all work in the same way.

If you Google ebike error 10 it gives either a motor fault, coms problem, a fault in one of it's components (possibly the least helpful answer) or a throttle issue. So it might be one of those, or not.

If you add a bit more information there are some really helpful people on here that will be able to make some positive suggestions.

It's getting ridiculous though. It used to be once a week, but now it's three times a day.
