    Yes it did flash, but a quick wiggle of the cable soon caused the fault code, pinched the wire to tight pulled it at an angle what gap is there between the magnet and the sensor ? Have changed any of the programme settings ?

    Had the same fault it was the speed sensor cable at the led end, I had pulled it to tight with a cable tie:rolleyes:

    The size problem is common I found always turns out to be bigger than in the drawing ,if you check under the blue wrap at the sharp corners its often possible to shave and round them off, then reseal with gorilla tape 20mm plastic conduit can make a good edge

    They make some smaller displays now which are less eye catching called the minimalist about £50 but I found hard to see in bright sunlight but easy to hide under a glove https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/183821258304

    I will look in the garage tomorrow I have a couple of chainring adaptors , but I think they might be flat steel ones The 36 lekkie is flat no dish at all have one fitted on the trike

    No not if I still want to be able to remove it Both the the front and rear of the battery case have had a close encounter with the angle grinder to reshape it :eek: waiting for some soft plastic to arrive to reshape the case used gorilla tape for the test ride :)

    Done after a test ride a bit more to shave off the battery case under full compression:oops: 250watt;) simple/ basic conversion ,no added frills with min added weight :p

    Yes that is the problem unless you have the moded controller from the seller in the US tsdz2 will not overvolt[unlike a bafang] if it is 48v model it will not take over 52v [48v fully charged is its max volt ]

    Put the settings back to standard and try it, the manual is not very clear but I adjusted several things it stopped working ,put them back to factory it was then ok now I check it all works before I adjust any thing if no joy its the torque sensor connection inside the motor where did you...
