If a controller is modified to now give 20a, how many of those amps go through each phase wire? Should I be upgrading those bullet style crimp connectors after increasing the amps slightly?

Could stay on testing for a couple of weeks. When they dispatch it you do get a fedex tracking number to track it around the globe then delivery is about a week or less.

My S06S controller tapers the power in when throttle is applied for a gentle speed up. Is there a setting to change the length of time the S06S controller takes to get up to full requested power, I mean shorten the power tapering-in effect ? Mine seems to take a bit long.

Are those charger the same electronics inside, just a different manufactures label/case ?

I got that juddering/noise once so stopped using power straight away for the rest of the journey. When I checked connections one of my phase connections was loose at the controller. Reconnected and all was fine again.
