    Rear hub greasing

From my reading this afternoon it would seem that a product called Mollygrease is the product to use with nylon or plastic gears and us better than Lithium. Anyone want to confirm this? And should I pack it in there quite generously?

    Rear hub greasing

i have had my rear hub grate it's gears when moving off and I was suspecting I might be missing some teeth on the gears. After opening the hub up I was happy to see all the teeth looked good, but it looked a bit dirty and dry inside. I cleaned the gears with a citrus degreaser and a toothbrush...

Setting up a Panda Bike LCD KD21C for speed and distance?

I found a cycle computer in Wilko today and all is working after following your instructions. Thank you. It turned out to be the black wire that the second wire needed to be connected to after having connected up the white connection. And set to one magnet seems to be required setting. The LCD...

Setting up a Panda Bike LCD KD21C for speed and distance?

Good morning. I am familiar with the white wire that comes from the controller to the motor, just was not sure of its function. I will buy a cycle computer sensor today, they have them at Maplin for about £4. I am re doing the wiring from the motor to and making it a bit shorter today, so...

Setting up a Panda Bike LCD KD21C for speed and distance?

Hi, I already had the motor, and the rest of the kit was a Panda Eco system that I bought from Padaebikes. I guess the speed sensor is similar to the ones I have bought from Tesco in the past with a magnet on the wheel spoke. Can you get one that plugs into the controller somehow?

Setting up a Panda Bike LCD KD21C for speed and distance?

Hi I am setting up a LCD KD21C on my bike and the bike works, and the display is on, but it does not show speed or distance traveled. I think that this has to do with a setting under the Speed Sensor Option where I need to enter the number of magnets in my motor. A 36V 250W rear hub motor...

Advice needed - Controller kit, Panda ECO from Pandaebikes

New day and taking the next step. I slid the whole battery out of its silver casing and then removed the green shrink wrap completely. I then started editing to remove the white tape that holds all the cells into a pack. Turned my back on it for 30 seconds and I noticed that one of the cells had...

Advice needed - Controller kit, Panda ECO from Pandaebikes

I understand that the bike had not been used for a while before I bought it. I have a spare USB charger. If I strip the wires off, I guess I am going to find a red and a black wire inside. How do I identify the cell that needs attention, Is it going to be as simple as connecting the red to B7...

Advice needed - Controller kit, Panda ECO from Pandaebikes

Okay! So I made my way into the battery casing and it seems to be very well made inside. The shrink wrap around the battery casing was very hard to get into. I initially took some readings on what I could first see. Top left green wire was 10.34 volts with a little fluctuation between...

Advice needed - Controller kit, Panda ECO from Pandaebikes

So checking battery voltage on the cable leading from the controller box to the LED unit. When I first plugged my leads into the cable connector I had a reading of 4.7 volts that slowly crept up to 24.7 volts over 6 or 7 minutes. I have uploaded a video showing the results of what you asked...

Advice needed - Controller kit, Panda ECO from Pandaebikes

Hi, battery was 100% turned on and power was going into the controller. If I left it and came back an hour later, having left it turned on it would do the same thing again.
