    cwah, If you look at the shaft it should have to flat edges on it. Usually they are 10mm across but the other rounded sides are 12mm diam.     I have just checked my single speed tensioner and the shaft is not the problem (assuming it is 12mm) as the hole is big enough. The challenge is the cutout for the larger nut. The flange nut will have to be changed for a non flanged nut. The recess will have to be opened out and then its going...
