I hope the frame is still true... the motor is really tightened because there isn't much space to put it on. The noise does not come from wheel rubbing but from the motor... Maybe I tightened it too much

oh I see. It's not a crack, it's just mark :) I have my motor rubbing against something, I initially thought it was the disc brake but it isn't... It's not really freewheeling... but I can't see against what it may be rubbing... any idea?

Sanity check.. Dropout looks ok, but the steel clip has been torn.. These are definitely not stainless steel clip
