Lovely dry evening for ride, a route that I do regularly with no problem but stupidly decided to take a different line through one section. No amount of pedalling was going to get me through that! More exploring and trail building. Such a lovely evening.

There are several ways. The kit comes with a barb connector, so you can just push a short length of hydraulic hose from the easiest direction, connect the barb, and pull back through. You could use an electricians cable routing rod. A length of wire threaded through, and just tape the hose...

But if it exits there and not at the headstock area, then the advantage of hidden hose routing is lost, and Phill might as well just fit the cheaper non stealth version.

As SW has said, you can't see the hose or cable depending upon make. Stealth has the advantage of one less external cable/hose to snag, and looks neater if that that is an issue. Downside though, comes if the unit has to be repaired/serviced. SW's external routing wins hands down in that...

As SW has said, it doesn't take that many minutes to remove the motor if fitting the Stealth version. Both of my bikes had holes already in the base of the seat post/bottom bracket area, so I was able to run the hose straight through this, then just used the existing holes where the cables run...

Sadly creaks can come from many places. I recall having one last year that I thought was coming from the pedal crank area, but after being driven mad by it, I eventually I tracked it down to the head set. I'm certain that your issue is going to be just a simple to resolve. :)

I'd say that your dealer is incorrect, and that they might not have done their checks properly. I'd suggest that you take the bike back to them, and request that they re check and tighten the motor mount bolts, and and re check the pedal crank bolts. I very much doubt that a CX motor is going...

Don't do it. Keep both batteries. One is never enough. :)

If you mean the two that say either Performance Line or CX Line, they are just held on by double sided tape. Wrong motor cover shape for you, but I'm guessing that you mean the cover that is in this position.
