I've read some dude managed to put 360W constant on the tongxin without problem. i'm hoping to overvolt it to 48V and do the same.

Thanks Jerry. My contact is also Sky. He said he can have 260RPM max at 36V. It's a bit annoying for me. I'd like to have a real lightweight for travelling. And my normal brompton on normal days. I'd like to have at least 20mph. I think the Tongxin is the one for me.

I have one and it's too big to fit on the brompton brake area. It has to be cut but I'm not sure how to start it

So keyde for exercice and tongxin when you're lazy? :) I'm in contact with the manufacturer they told me they have a speed 5 that might allow 30km/h max speed with minimal pedal assist. Is it true?

Do you still use both the Tongxin and Keyde motor? Or are you only using the Keyde one?

I have daily a 15kg bag on my brompton steering and it never blocked my handlebar. I also tried hamdlebar bag and it's awful on control. Nothing worth the steering luggage block!

How do you use your 2 pliers, the solder and the iron together? I only have 2 hands lol What about this 36 AWG wire? At least if they touch each other no problem

Thanks dave, but they don't seem to be superstraight. They can wobble and touch other wires creating a short easily. Something as straight as needle would be better?

Hello there, I did a small discovery recently, it's the prototype pcb at 2.54mm pitch. It allows to directly put connectors in it without drilling as long as all pins are 2.54 distance from each other. It allows me to quickly test and place all the jst balance connector in one place...

Are you still using the CR18 rim for 36 holes motor or anyone have found an alternative? These CR18 are expensive, difficult to source and difficult to put tyres on lol

I started to use sanding paper in order to have better finish: But when I started to use it, it seems to remove all the paint and finish isn't really nice??? Is it not the way to have good paint finish???
