    Battery pack repair

Ok, I've found the 4.1 cell at the bottom of the pack. There isn't any dead cell. But I have huge voltage range. I have 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 4 and 4.1V cells...... Maybe the BMS isn't able to balance with so high voltage difference. I'm going to balance charge them with my 10S icharger to see if...

    Cycling under the rain

Titanium brompton is obviously the lightest, but this is also a premium I can't really afford. Especially when it's only 1 kg difference.. My thought for multi-modal is on the rolling ability. It needs something better than the current easy wheel and be more like a supermarket trolley

Back to track, complete brompton maintenance

I decided to cut 2 small holes on the mudguard, and to lift it up via black tie: It should help to keep it light. I hope it's going to work when I'll try it tomorrow. I've also moved the kryptonite lock on the seat area to lighten my front bag:

Back to track, complete brompton maintenance

My rear mudguard is rubbing against the tyre. I need to lift it a bit and I was thinking of "stapling" a small aluminium sheet to it similar to here: I'd like to bolt it against the rear rack: Any idea how I can do that and keep it lightweight at the same time? Thanks

    Rocky Mountain Element Conversion

The Q85 weight 1.9kg, so it's only 200g lighter than the Q100. But it handle only 200W compared to the 300W of the Q100. Other than the 85mm width, isn't another Cute100 on the front better?

    Rocky Mountain Element Conversion

I haven't found a Q75 24V 328RPM at bmsbattery. And the controller is already 500g which is quite annoying. No point to get a superlightweight motor if the controller is already half the weight lol
