    Eddiepj, Haibike feedback?!

Still waiting for them to get the correct invoice details sorted out. Even once it arrives, I'm currently so busy/behind with work, and also have storm related issues to the house that require attention, that I'm starting wonder when I'm going to find any time to get back out on any bike. Time...

Do you own any other electric vehicles/equipment

I went to use the forklift today, and it would only go in reverse. Out of seven micro switches, the one that I thought was knackered, turned out to the only one that was okay!

something good to say about BH service :)

Now that you come to mention it, there was a feeling which had me locking and un locking the forks. I noticed it a couple of times, put never put the connection together. :)

something good to say about BH service :)

The new front forks are brilliant. They have totally transformed the whole feel and ride of the bike. It now feel so light at the front, where as previously it was like riding with a gravity magnet attached. The remote poloc is also a very welcome addition, and I particularly like the way that...

something good to say about BH service :)

Supposedly it was 34.6miles. The battery was down to the last bar when I returned, but the wind was pretty strong across the top of Ashdown Forest and normally I'd have ridden this unassisted, but not today. The ride also took in two pretty steep climbs. The first was Kidds Hill, which can be...

Electric Bikes. My Learning curve part 2

After reading the previous Kalkoff threads, I did think that as I posted the above. Really 50C should offer this service to people wishing to register the bikes. Obviously if this was both easy and or possible, then they would be, which kind of sums up that it isn't.

something good to say about BH service :)

It wasn't me was it? ;) I decided to risk the knees and go out. The ride was pretty windy and slow in places, but the knees held out until I got home. Now they are throbbing and burning again. The new motor is brilliant. It is just about completely silent, and even when new, the old wasn't...

Electric Bikes. My Learning curve part 2

There is certainly no mention of it on their Ebay listings page. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261386063058?var=560285026051&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 But it does state it very clearly on the website page for the BS10...

How long should my ebike chain last?

I remember the MZ Simpson. They were for the astute buyer. When I look back it, we all should have had one of those. It would have probably have been a hell of a lot more reliable than my spark plug eating Puch MV50 Grandprix. :D As kids we also used to ride around on oil bath 1950's or 1960's...

You need to try it with a dongle fitted. :D

    CANNONDALE, CUBE or KTM ?

G I've come to the conclusion that BH build their bikes from cheese. Have you thought about stocking Giant? The range of bikes now looks rather nice, and the Yamaha motor looks built to last and with 36v 11.1ah (400wh) and 250W,60Nm the spec on paper looks good as well.

    A few Bosch questions

Bunny power bpx is another alternative to the dongle www.bpx-key.com/ but the dongle that Martin sells looks to be a far neater and professional design.

    CANNONDALE, CUBE or KTM ?

This is quite a tough one to answer as my experience with BH has been a very negative one, but others say in the US have found the service superb. My bike has suffered from faults that it shouldn't but equally my riding has given the bike a very harsh time so other problems such as my recent...

    CANNONDALE, CUBE or KTM ?

I've looked so many different bikes this week, that I'm probably wrong in this, but I'm sure that on the Bosch website, I recall seeing quite detailed duration stats for each mode and various conditions. Obviously I'm not saying that it should be taken as read, but it was for once a pretty...

    CANNONDALE, CUBE or KTM ?

Same as that. The KTM has cleaner neater lines, almost in the same way that Genesis pedal bikes do.

something good to say about BH service :)

I can't wait to try and get out on it tomorrow if I can. The "if I can" is because in the first time in 30yrs I'm off work through injury. I've never had a day off work before, let alone the best part of a week. Both of my knees appears to be shot! It hasn't been a good week, and they are both...
