I never said they're not capable, i said they're often terrible at graphics. Which they are, you only have to looks at the graphics on a lot of Chinese bikes, ebikes and motorcycles. KTM may be stuck with black, orange and white.... but at least they do it well and their ebikes and motorcycles...

Post ratings can even work in the opposite way you'd expect.... A forum i've used in the past is Bike Chat Forums, also known as BCF. They have a post karma system, with posts being given good or bad karma. Depending on how much you get, the ratio will show on every post you make, in the end...

I also use HotUkDeals, that forum only has a 'Like' rating, like this forum used to only have. Take a look in the Misc section, posters that are forum mates on there all 'like' each others posts like crazy. Someone comes on and just says 'Hi' and all the posters they get on with will 'LIke' that...

I agree, used in a situation like that, post ratings are a good thing on a forum. But it doesn't end there does it !

Personally, i dont like any sort of post ratings, they can be sometimes sycophantic or sometimes used purely out of spite..... Forums i use like Digital Spy dont use them at all and get on perfectly well without them.

Well it does happen, especially with the derogatory ratings. I see it all the time, on here and on other forums. People will give a bad rating on a post made by a poster they dont like, but if that same post was made by another, they wouldn't, or even rate it up. In all forums there are posters...

I agree that some colours do suit certain types of things and cream does go with retro designed vehicles like the Fiat 500...... But the Alamo is not a retro bike is it ! Its designed as a fast road bike and the design is also quite modern, especially by Ebike standards. I've no doubt some will...

These ratings to use against posts are superficial bo!!ox, they are also often hypocritical. People on all forums tend to use them with the poster in mind and not what they've said.

Interest specific mags have always been a bit of a rip off, high percentage of ads to very little substance. I used to buy a lot of different motorcycle mags, but mags were all we once had for info....... now with the internet, magazines have become pointless to me. The only time i look at one...

I dont mind spiders, they dont bother me at all..... Although the ones that live in my car side mirrors really annoy me, constantly building webs there. I keep evicting them with a power washer and they keep moving right back in.

Mine isn't too bad, but if he doesn't want to do something he wont do it and thats the end of it. Probably the most stubborn dog i've owned. He will also go deaf whenever he feels like it..... which is quite often.

Yup, Staffs definitely aren't as intelligent as GSD's...... they're a bit strong in the arm, thick in the head.

You've got off lightly there. I've heard Staffies can be a nightmare for chewing the hell out of everything when they're young. Mine was 15 months old when i got him, so he was already past that stage.

BTW..... has he caused much chewing damage ? My last dog, a black lab, i got as a pup...... he was a four legged black bundle of destruction. Destroyed a whole dining room suite by chewing through every table & chair leg, numerous shoes, specs, carpet, even tried to break through an interior...

From what i'm hearing about them lately, they dont seem that good an organisation........ I'm going to try and have a heart attack just to spite them.
