To be fair to 50 cycles this mess with the impulse 1 and 2 motors isn`t their fault and from what i know kalkhoff can be horrendous to deal with. They don`t help themselves by not posting on here to clarify the situation and the concerns of their customers.

I have also moved away from kalkhoff and the impulse because of two motor failures.The bike i have now has the Bosch CX motor and so far no problems after being well used since february with a x3 dongle. This time i bought fairly local to cut down on the hassle.
