branding by shop, should I get a refund?

It looks much the same as on the lezyne logo but bigger. I think it's normal aluminum with blue/silver paint on so that might just turn the entire back to bare metal. Will likely give the spare to my partner and let her do something arty with it.

branding by shop, should I get a refund?

2nd kit arrived exactly the same, seems to be cheaper than the patches now tho so ok I guess.

Newbie questions - why mountain bikes for kits, and why no batteries on front?

I think the speed is a factor, on a "road racer" as I call them the 15mph mark is easily passed so conversion doesn't make sense for most.

    Ch4 Gadget Man

I did just think could be handy for camping but then I considered if I turn it on inside my tent then the it will likely melt holes in my tent or if I picariously aim it near my leg to do up my shoelaces I could get a burn from it. Or place it on a table like in the video to then find the table...

Elliptigo - could this be converted:

I would read these 2 sections on the next link. The how long will it last is more or less a safety warning that the crank arms won't last... Appendix A: Intended Use of the ElliptiGO Appendix B: How Long Will My ElliptiGO Last? Manual and Warranty

    Which tyres Please ?

Tubeless rims are pricey and would mean rebuilding wheels and things. Essentially the same stuff as they do in your video after 2:15 and what allows him to stab the wheel/tube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxA8rgavySI

    SillyThought for the Day

I think around my way the machine might get you some lovely green shards of glass but then be off the road for a few weeks as it's hit a huge pothole.

Is it road-legal to restrict a 500W motor?

You could just make a clip on/off lcd and have one on your road models and one on your off road models and if they happen to be interchangeable with some adverse speed effects then how could you stop them fitting the wrong one in the event the original was damaged/lost/slow?

branding by shop, should I get a refund?

Emailed them and it seems they are sending out a replacement. I could now have 2 ugly branded kits but it makes them as cheap as buying the patches without the case so it seems ok.

branding by shop, should I get a refund?

Ok so I got one of these delivered today. Had been faffing about with puncture repair kits in parts for ages and the other day when I needed my old kit to work the glue was bad or something. So I ordered one of these kits from lezyne and it arrived today. I flipped it over and expected as...

No other country is thick enough to let in just about every asylum seeker going so the MPs looking at who is living in the area they look after are seeing protests and marches and junk to do with stuff not even in this country. Living in london it is hard to find a day you can't go to parliment...

My first ride in 7? months

If it has been a few months then my guess would be it just needs a clean and maybe adjustment. This video shows a very clean and probably brand new bike but it should be just the same maybe with some rust, if you are lucky then adjusting the cable should fix it but if you are more unlucky then...

    Tool Kits

Amazon/ebay are your friends on this kinda stuff with so many makes or just watch for a sale, I would really consider buying a well known brand or reading up on reviews. Halfords Essential Bike Tool Kit Review - BikeRadar Also add a pipe wrench if you ever want to change the freewheel, not a...

    Bike floor stand recommendations ?

If you know someone good with cement then I would go the bollard route. This style are my personal favourite. If you are going the diy route then I would get an old scaffold pole and rent out a pipe bender, bend it however you want, pour concrete into the middle if you want it more heavy...
