You have a 10 speed cassette, so long as the replacement can take a 10 speed chain then it should be ok. If it can't then you might need to change the chainrings for thicker ones(to suit a thicker 5-7 speed chain).
As for the forks then I would aim towards a "cyclocross" replacement if you feel...
That's months of cycling overlayed on the map. Blue is just once or twice, darker blue a few times, red a few more, orange many, yellow my daily commute. My total logged in strava has just passed 2000 miles.
Yes, shops sell things and sometimes they sell all of them if they are good things.
Here is the one I had seen or a similar one.

Decathlon had an ebike last time I was in my local one(london). I can't tell how good it will be but I can tell it will be better than most diy kits if you aren't the sort to spend hours fiddling with stuff also if something goes wrong you can just wheel it into decathlon and they should have...
I dunno how many of you know but I have been riding unassisted lots recently, did the strava prove it challenge of 600km and then some.

The t-shirt seems mad expensive so dunno if I will get it.
I think we are safe to say that the chinese don't often have cheese in bags as chinese culture isn't very big on dairy. I'm sure this has good repercussions in the ebike industry.
As for Kudos posts in whichever subforum, whatever.
It's been in the fridge for about a decade now or as long as it's been sainsburys and not J Sainsburys, next to the once opened ketchup and other stuff that shouldn't be there. I'm expecting to turn over a packet one day and see "once opened consume within 25 seconds".
I'm not really for or against tbh. When I used to work in a school I guess I was in the for camp as a parent asked me and I said "all the other kids will be and it's perfectly safe, your kid will just feel left out".
The stuff about life threatening dangers is a load of bull. Many of them stem...
I dunno if anyone has noticed this but I went to the shops earlier looking for the usual carboard cylinder of "grated italian hard cheese" formerly known as parmesan and found on a shelf but now in the fridge. I would usually buy the massive tub and put it in the cupboard and it lasts for ages...
I'm not on about hating cyclists and if anything you will find the many who vent online are plesant on the roads. I'm on about the handful of drivers who as soon as they sit behind the wheel are thrown into a rage about everything so a short trip could go like this.
"**** key, **** parking...
Was talking with a friend about my cycling and they asked "how comes you always seem to have bike stuff going wrong? you had that seatpost break a few weeks ago and then spokes last week and always something to do with brake pads or tyres". So I replied that I cycle lots and it's just what...
I generally cycle with the mindset that everyone in a car is in a rush and so will cut me up or pullout or whatever. When I come to a pinch point or need to pull out around a bus or anything I generally think "would I slow them down" and if I would then I don't go as they could just as easily...
That's really poor. By the sounds of it they just sourced the cheapest junk they could, keeping going at them and if they fail to source a replacement hand them the bill for the roxs.
I had to stop and ask a woman to ride on the pavement last night. She seemed an ok cyclist but her child on a scooter was very slowly going along the pavement with her in the road to the side and her full attention on her child as she struggled to steer being so slow. She stopped to think as a...
This might not seem entirely relevant but the ecyclist in the marketing video for them and the bikes pictured are somewhat different. The pictured kit shows a frame mounted bag/pannier and a somewhat average kit, the video shows a somewhat better kit and what I assume to be a much smaller...
Remember to wrap up in the right stuff, at this time of year if you wear cotton it can absorb sweat and then the sweat cools, unsure how much/far you bike but best not to get caught out.
9 miles isn't bad going for a 1st ride in ages.
