    Carrera crossfire motor problem

I could understand them using that excuse for chains, gears etc, but not for the motor. Unless its written in black and white, I wouldnt accept that.

    Dolphin Pack 48v 12Ah Samsung 30Q only 220miles / 10 full cycles - £250

Im pretty sure that is the same as the battery on my stealth. If it is, I may be interested as it could open up some options for me. Cant commit to anything just yet, but will be keeping an eye on your thread :)

I got my e bike on Thursday. Stealth 1000w

Just to add regards range.... Im about 82kg With the bike in 250watt mode, I can do a flattish 15 mile commute averaging around 17mph. cruising at 20 on the nicer parts using level 4 and 5 assists. The battery just manages that before dropping off. If I put it in 1000watt mode, I wouldnt plan...

I got my e bike on Thursday. Stealth 1000w

The one on the battery seems totally pointless if Im honest...and I have had 2 batteries and they have both been the same. The indicator on the LCD display is not much better...Cycloctricity seem to claim that the LCD indicator is to do with the loading on the battery at the time you are...

I got my e bike on Thursday. Stealth 1000w

Hi Ed I have the same bike. I would completely ignore that battery indicator, it means nothing on mine, and have read same from others. My battery has been virtually flat, measured with a meter, and it has shown all lights on the battery indicator

Well, it arrived....seems like it should be up to the job. Could have done with a winch to lift the bike up onto it though!! Cleanup and mini service tomorrow, so see if it drops on my toes!

I met D8veh at Severn Valley this morning, really nice to meet you, and thanks for showing me around and all the advice given. Had a ride out on both the 700cc and mtb Quite brief rides, but it covered going down a steepish hill and back up again. Lovely bikes indeed, really like the style of...

I have booked a test ride at 7 valley ebikes on Saturday for the SCross MTB...basically the same as this one but with hydraulic brakes. Im hoping its a good one, as it seems very similar to the Woosh Rio....

Need help choosing an appropriate kit for long ride

My main commute is 15 miles, pretty much flat...the stealth just manages that distance in 250 watt mode, high assist settings. My average speed is around 16-17mph, although I can hit 24 or so on the flat, nice tarmaccy bits. What i Have noticed of late, testing parts of what will be my new...

    Bike workshop stand

I went for a slightly different one in the end.....has screw clamps rather than quick release, I thought the might last a bit longer than a quick release bolt destined to break http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252320818549?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
