Has anyone built one of those Vruzend no-weld kits ? Just wondering what the outside dimensions of each of the holders are.

    Understanding Battery Voltage.

Depends on the battery, what does the label say the voltage should be. A lot of eBike batteries are known as 36V batteries, and would show around 41V when fully charged. The displayed 33.1V would be quite low for such a battery, not far from motor cut off.

You can try Torque-E-Cycles, but they seem to be very busy. I wanted to have a custom 10S2P built.

Build spec by committee, might that include you?

It is, I recall mentioning on here some time back that catching the Ninjas is easy, the Police just needed to hang around the take-a-ways in a city centre and that was the exact location I was on about. So now we have evidence that the Police might be reading the Pedelecs forum, maybe some...

    Cytronex review

A nice kit, and I did consider buying the one they do for the Brompton. One dissapointment for me was they did not seem to make much of an effort to disguise the battery\controller to look more like a water bottle.

36V Bosch tool battery for e-bike use

£130 for a 36V 4Ahr does seem expensive when you compare it capacity and cost wise with a typical 36V 10Ahr. Small & light 36V batteries of reasonable known quality no not seem to be cheap, my 36V 5Ahr cost over £200. There are those Hoverboard batteries 36V 4Ahr that are under £60 if you want...

36V Bosch tool battery for e-bike use

I have a working eBrompton, mainly using a 5Ahr custom battery and with the battery\controller in a handlebar bag facing rearwards. To charge the battery in this setup gives me two choices, either wheel the bike down to my shed and plug it in for charging there or remove the battery and take...
