Help! RockRider ST100 Conversion KIT HELP Needed!

That kit looks OK. They show KT controllers in the photo list, but they don't give the option to select them. It might be asking them if they can supply the kit with a 15A KT controller and LCD3, which are significantly better than the SW900 one that you can select.

Please let us know what response you get from any messages to PSWP or Yose, otherwise all you can do is search through Amazon and Aliexpress for a 250w rear 27.5" freewheel motor kit. If you find one that looks OK, show it so that we can pass comments. One other point is that some of the cheap...

OK, It's a freewheel. I think the best strategy is to send the message to both Yose and PSWPower to see what they have. In the meantime, watch this so that you understand the difference. It's important so that you can recognise the type of motor being offered. A freewheel motor would be preferable.

Top gear is the smallest cog at the back - the one that's nearest the frame. It'll have 14T,13T,12T or 11T.

You can still use that cassette motor if you have freewheel gears, but you'd have to buy a 7-speed cassette. A freewheel motor would be better because they're easier to fit, more reliable and normally cheaper...

If you have freewheel gears, you could try sendin a message to PSWPower and Yose, like this. "I need ebike kit: 27.5" rear wheel 250w rear freewheel motor (screw on gears) 36v battery 36v 15A controller Please tell me if you can supply and the price. If not now, when can I get one"

That looks OK, apart from the fact that it's a cassette motor. You didn't tell me how many teeth your top gear has, which is important.

You didn't show what was needed, but from what I can see, it looks like a freewheel. I told you to use Google to find the difference, then you'd know what to show; however, if you count the teeth on your top gear, that's all we need to know. If it is a freewheel, you have the possibility to fit...

7 gears could be a freewheel. Use Google to see pictures of the difference between freehub and freewheel gears, then look at your gears to see which one you have. Are you sure you have 7-speed. If you have, you can change to a frewheel system because your shifter and derailleur should still work...

Help! RockRider ST100 Conversion KIT HELP Needed!

Be careful, some people call a freewheel gearset as a cassette. There are two different gear systems: freewheel has screw-on gears and is OK up to 7-speeds; freehub, normally called cassette, has a spline for slide-on gears and is necessary for 8+ speeds. Your bike has the freehub system, so you...

    Lifepo4 Cells

You don't make it clear what you mean by "charge". Do you mean individually or as a pack with or without a BMS? Whatever it is, you can charge them with a lab power supply for experimental and setting up purposes, but if you want to use them for a house or ebike battery, you should fit a BMS...

I don't like the way it mentions rim in every listing. Is there anything that says it has the fixings for a disc brake. We normally recommend kits from Yose Power. They a good supplier, being fast, cheap and helpful, but the controller's they supply with their kits have crappy a control system...
