If you have freewheel gears, you could try sendin a message to PSWPower and Yose, like this.
"I need ebike kit:
  • 27.5" rear wheel
  • 250w rear freewheel motor (screw on gears)
  • 36v battery
  • 36v 15A controller
Please tell me if you can supply and the price.
If not now, when can I get one"

That looks OK, apart from the fact that it's a cassette motor. You didn't tell me how many teeth your top gear has, which is important.
Ok so the front one the bigger one has 42 teeths meanhwile the rear one the biggest has 28 teeth I hope this is right xD, i dont mind if i will have to pedal a little bit more or faster it still gonna be way better that what it is now lol

Top gear is the smallest cog at the back - the one that's nearest the frame. It'll have 14T,13T,12T or 11T.

OK, It's a freewheel. I think the best strategy is to send the message to both Yose and PSWPower to see what they have. In the meantime, watch this so that you understand the difference. It's important so that you can recognise the type of motor being offered. A freewheel motor would be preferable.

nope thats why max i can mount is 250w
Please let us know what response you get from any messages to PSWP or Yose, otherwise all you can do is search through Amazon and Aliexpress for a 250w rear 27.5" freewheel motor kit. If you find one that looks OK, show it so that we can pass comments. One other point is that some of the cheap kits have really bad controllers that have a delay before the power kicks in and they run on for a bit after you stop pedalling. They're better than nothing, but I think it's better to pay more for a better control system.

Another possibility is to build your own wheel, either yourself, a friend or a local bike repairer. You can buy the motor for £70, the controller kit for £50, the battery for £150, the is spokes for £10 and the rim for about £15, which is about £300 or 350 Euros. A repairer would charge about 50 Euros to build the wheel, though most of them aren't setup to deal with motors. You can learn to build a wheel yourself. All you need is a spoke spanner that costs about 10 Euros, a brain that can figure things out and some good instructions, which you can find in Youtube and here:

You use an on-line spoke length calculator to get the length of the spokes. I recommend 14g spokes in a 2-cross pattern.

That kit looks OK. They show KT controllers in the photo list, but they don't give the option to select them. It might be asking them if they can supply the kit with a 15A KT controller and LCD3, which are significantly better than the SW900 one that you can select.

asked all the sellers on aliexpress that i could find sadly on europe they cant customize the controllers they come all with the SW900 so i would have to get that separately or just keep the kit ones
