Just to follow this up, purchased the charger linked above, arrived very quickly ~1 week, parcel was marked with UK address which was interesting. The charger is smaller than the genuine Oxygen - better for lobbing in the pannier. Seems to charge the battery fine - no problems.

I'd be interested to try a gravel bike. I used to ride a cyclocross to work prior to the Oxygen. My route was a mix of on road and off road and I found it to be quick on both. I've read that the position is a little more upright on gravel bikes, is that true?
