    Hobbyking 6S 16ah Lipo packs

I don't believe so sadly , reading the detail these appear to actually be 48v BMS - but I could be wrong

    Hobbyking 6S 16ah Lipo packs

Since I actually have a spare 36v BMS (from a dead phylion celled pack) I'm seriously considering using a 4s 16ah and a 6s 16ah and wiring them into the BMS I have for a 36v plug n play setup I then use a booster battery to get to 48v which is what I use now. Or don't use when I take the kids...

    Hobbyking 6S 16ah Lipo packs

Perhaps if a source of BMS boards could be found for 44.4v 12s then a complete plug and play solution could be built ? I had a look around and found lots for sale that state 12s for 36v battery - which makes no sense at all to me I have a 36v BMS sitting around - clearly it's 10s not 12s.

    LED Strips

I ran about 0.5m of something similar looking off a 9v pp3 cell A bit less bright than the 12v it was designed for. But I was surprised at how slight the dimming was A thought anyway It was just soldering to tabs in my case. Easy as

ADVICE - Why is my battery only charging to 36v ?

Just a thought but what type of cells are used in your pack ? phylion type seem to still charge up to 4.2v each when knackered But the voltage collapses as soon as a load is placed which means the BMS low Voltage cutoff can kick in Could explain the readings , maybe ?

    Lights again

Hi Michael Would you be able to explain to me how the bangood light can take 8v to 85v ? Does it have an internal dc dc convertor ? It says it's 10w , which at 3a means about 3.3v (volts x amps is watts) If you run a high voltage like I will be (48v nominal, 54v hot off charger) what...

Bosch Intuvia charging and battery time

Hi there There are a couple of different sized Bosch batteries so it depends. Also depends on temperature . Around 5 or 6% per month at 0 degree C but 20% per month at 25 degree C However, lithium batteries don't like being fully discharged and certainly not left like that .best to top up...

I don't think it's possible -I ended up having to reset my password to join up Done though - but as I'm flat on my back with a lower back problem I'm not going to be racking up any miles anytime soon

Absolutely - the competition is me. In Brighton along the seafront route I take to work getting a KOM requires a motorbike. They are all around 30mph or more ! So I don't have to worry about fairness to others really I will join up ! Great idea :)
