I hadn't, James - either Panasonic or Kalkhoff changed the spec before we bought the bikes, and AFAIC it's a real shame that they did.

James, the 35T and the 41T chainwheels are both 2mm thick, for which the Shimano HG40 supplied by 50 Cycles is the correct chain. AFAIK ...

Ah, but does your bleach just kill them? Ours kills them dead ...

Could do, but simpler to revert to 35T front. At least then the bike's standard when I come to flog it.
