    Yosepower hub kits.

my questions answered by Yose Power Hello, I am thinking of buying a 350w rear hub conversion kit of your website. I had 3 questions 1) in the description section under the motor details, the cassette motor max torque is roughly 10Nm higher than the freewheel motor, is that correct? (I might...

I think I will go with the Yose 350w kit. The controller that comes with that kit, are the assistance levels %power based rather than speed based ? I really dislike the speed based levels , it goes from over assisted to zero assistance!

Thanks @Cadence , yeah, this is from about a week ago. Since then when I see a drum kit and it mentions suitable for disc brakes I have been thinking it's not suitable for rim brakes. Probably safest if I ask the seller explicitly . Think I have seen mentioned by someone else here that the...

Still deliberating, that 350w Yose power kit that @Cadence linked to seems very good value, maybe with a larger battery. Just wondered about 48v rear hub rather than 36v, struggling to find any which supports rim brakes

That sounds brilliant Can anyone tell from the photos whether it is freewheel or cassette? Does it look like a rear hub motor will fit ?

BBS02 chainring size what do you use?

I went for 48t on a 29er with 11-36 rear cassette. Seems fine for steep off road tracks, not had to use the 36 rear cog yet, nor full power going up hills. Do sometimes get a bit of a clank when I use the 11t rear cog, I would rather use next one down I think. So far most of my riding is...

    Hi Everyone

On my Boardman with the Bafang mid motor? Must admit I haven't fitted the throttle, am I missing out ? I was struggling to think when I'd use it

    Hi Everyone

We went on a slightly longer ride today (27 miles/1000 ft of ascent). Jan used level 3 on her wisper, with a generous dollop of throttle on the hills, or when she sees racing cyclists! Range must be very good considering the speed she was going at !, her battery was down to 38.0 v. What does...

    Wisper 705 assistance levels

I was curious about the 705 assistance levels. How do they work? is it a percentage of full power or a maximum speed within a level or both ? (Jan had hers on level 5 yesterday and it was flying along, I think she prefers it in level 3 and then adding throttle where needed.)
