Hi. Your freehub/freewheel is sticking. This causes the chain to move as you wheel the bike forwards, which in turn spins the pedals/BB and attached PAS sensor. If you prevent the pedals from spinning as you wheel the bike, you should find that the motor no longer kicks in.

I think your UKC1 LCD display is intended for use with a Sabvoton or Bafang BBS controller and isn't compatible with what I assume is a Lishui controller.

You're asking the wrong person. All my bikes use high C rate LiCo cells and allow charging at 3000W.

There's lots of examples of individuals using EV charging points to charge regular electric bike batteries and I've never encountered any evidence to suggest that this would be the case. Why do you consider this a possibility?
