i bike with a dongle will do it but the batt wont have much left after 22 miles so you would need to charge it for the return home or use 2 500w batts. depending how fast i spin the cranks i can get about 25 miles from my 500w bosch batt.

it is what i use and yep nothing has made its way through the tyre, but it could be a pita to brake the seal and get it off to fit a tube. i just use 50mm every 3-4 months 1l lasts me at least 2 years.

it depends on the sealant but when you put it in it seals the rim like glue so if the tyre runs dry it wont go flat unless you brake the seal. the stuff i use turns in to a rubber layer inside the tyre and after 3 years of topping up via the valve it looks like this. 144g so it adds up.

with bosch when the light outputs are turned on it will cut the power to the motor when the batt gets down to 10% so you can still see where you are going. one guy with a brose motor had a light on his bike and had a firmware update refitted the light and it must have been drawing more amps...

well id say you got your moneys worth out of those bearings but the price might have to go up like everything else if you wait. i had to pump 150 odd miles in to my new cx motor b4 the bearings broke in and could go full wack again.

ebike shop has been selling hi end bikes with there dongles fitted for years and will honor the motor warranty. if you get one of these and make sure it is uart and not can bus programming you can get the programme cable for 20 quid and turn it up as much as you want...

bikes sold with no lights fitted from new has the light setting default to off and a dealer needs to activate it. if you blow a bosch controller then the only option is a new motor.
