you need a shimano dealer you cant just swap stuff like that as it is software linked and will just shut down if the wrong part is fitted and the software not updated to work with what you have fitted so any lbs is useless without the software.

there is no power limit under 15.5mph my bosch bike has a 20amp controller that's on a pcb inside the motor so thats what gets you up the hills and eats the power doing it ;)
