    Brexit, for once some facts.

In answer to your question regarding how three million people with criminal records can be undocumented; I believe that Donald Trump said that his intention is to deport three million illegal immigrants who have criminal records. It is possible for these two situations, being an illegal...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

If true, and I am by no means convinced that it is true, isn't this simply political manoeuvring? Are the EU not doing the same thing to the UK just because we want to leave their political union? Threatening us with most things short of bubonic plague, when all that we want is to be good...

derf, where did you get this from? I have never support Britain First and I can confidently say that I never will. Nowhere within the thousands of posts that I have made on this forum have I ever mentioned the words Britain First in any political party context. The words "fervent support" imply...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I think that to liken Farage's informal meeting with Donald Trump to an act which is little short of treason or anarchy is over the top. At the very worst, he may be guilty of disrespect to Mrs May, but that is probably pushing it. It's this sort of readiness to leap to extremes which causes me...

I have said from the outset that fraud is wrong and my position on that has never changed.

    derf, that is unfair. In post #6589 I said;

I'm not condoning it derf, I am saying that fraud is not exclusively associated with UKIP, in fact I don't think there has been anyone prosecuted from UKIP. Fraud is unacceptable, regardless of party.

And I'm sure that had there been sufficient evidence, he would have been charged.

derf, let's look at what has happened. Nigel Farage has met with the future president of the United States. On the face of it, the meeting appears to have been friendly and good natured. What is so terrible about two people from different nations extending warmth and friendship to each other...

Corbyn is an MP not a political party.

I don't know. MPs have gone to prison (Elliot Morley, Jim Devine , David Chaytor). Perhaps there is insufficient evidence? Perhaps there is no evidence? Or no more evidence than for many other MPs, so if they locked UKIP up, they would need to lock up MPs across the board.

Elliot Morley, Jim Devine , David Chaytor. All convicted expenses fiddlers. Not a UKIP MEP amongst 'em. If anyone has evidence of criminality by committed UKIP or their MEPs, you need to report it to the police.

I still maintain that Farage brought about the referendum. All that you say regarding the electoral system and expenses can apply equally to any mainstream political party. It doesn't make it right, but expenses claiming is not unique to UKIP and all that you say can be said about any of them.

I'm sorry, I disagree. The EU referendum would never have happened had it not been for Nigel Farage. The people would never have been given a say, ever.

A short time ago, I posted several video clips of Farage at work within the European Parliament. I agree, this is generally getting away from the topic of BREXIT, but I think Trump has admiration for the BREXIT decision and obviously sees Nigel Farage as the man who brought it about. Add to...

I don't know about Nigel's expenses or any tax avoidance schemes he may or may not be associated with. I would be disappointed if anything underhand had taken place. I don't think he can be singled out over expenses. Look at the mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, caught with his fingers in the till...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Nigel is an elected person, he represents us within the European Parliament. As to whether the Lib Dems, Greens or SNP are making fools of themselves? Ask 10 people and you will receive a range of answers. All that I am saying is that Trump seems to have admiration for Nigel Farage and clearly...

This may be your considered opinion, but that does not make it so.

But UKIP is the third largest party (in terms of votes) in British politics. If that makes UKIP the equivalent of a ladies knitting circle, where does that leave the Lib-Dems, SNP & Greens? Depending on how the Gina Miller BREXIT court case goes, I wouldn't be surprised to see UKIP emerge as the...
