He's at it again, but this time wrapping up Sealed Lead Acid batteries in blue duct tape. I'm guessing 4 x 12v 7Ah in series, with a combined weight of around 9kg. Mmmmm, not exactly light then! Absolutely useless for an electric bike, unless you like voltage that's saggier than Nora Batty's...

I was under the impression that owners were having problems with clunky gear changes, because the PAS took so long to cut power. Correct me if I'm wrong, the real issue is that owners want to continue to pedal while changing gear, so that's why they use the dab of the brake or throttle method...

With such a vast scope to fine tune the PAS settings, I wonder why Bafang haven't managed to dial out the motor over run issue when changing gears.

I don't intend on actually hooking up a cable and changing the parameters. I just wanted an idea of what the current limits are set on each level, and whether the speed limit is set at 100% for all levels. It means I can help protect the controller with prior knowledge of how it's working at any...

Has anyone who has bought the Bafang BBS02 48v 750w from Eclipse Bikes, viewed the controller software using a cable? If so, please could you post the parameters for each of the 9 PAS levels, that it came with as stock.
