As an individual private punter , one may find it hard to find a courier who will accept it especially as it is a used item. Collection only may be the only option. Tbh one will have to contact various couriers first to see if they will take on the liability .

Swytch are a pretty useless company to deal with within the UK , let alone Canada . Thye have sent you 12 x 10 torque washers as there aren't any 10 x 8's that I know of, for 10 x 8 one will have to fabricate or get some one to a make a pair up.

You don't need suspension forks for a front motor, something steel like surly disc truckers are the perfect answer and will soak up alot of those road undulations. Why knacker a set of thru axles up that aren't designed for a std drop out solution.

Double check the three phase bullet connectors , it mght be possible that one has been tugged and not giving a correct connection. Bullets are knoe to be troublesome at times , it is also worth gently crimping the female side very slightly to ensure a nice snug tight connection with the male side.

As said any speed limit will be decided by the wheel size vs rpm winding , speed can also be in the settings of the lcd display but in this case the small wheel size and it's rpm winding for the scooter usage is likely the binding reason.
