6v is possible but sounds excessive, it depends on the cells used. Not forgetting using athrottle one wil be pulling max amps so maybe it is asimple fact that the cells can't handle the sudden 100% current demand via throttle.

By the time most users get to 500 cycles the battery will have aged naturally, so fuly charging isn't an issue if the battery is to be discharged promptly. I doubt many get near 250 charges unless a daily rider / heavy user.

All battery discharge should be female side to prevent accidental shorts. Battery charge ports use male with a female on the charger connection. If your battery has male XT90 then change it for a female, which means you will also have to change the controller one as well.

So this is BBS01 , if you have fitted a brake cut off/s then check carefully it's fitting as this will cause the issue you describe. In fact if fitted disconnect it/them and go for a ride to see if the issue goes away.

I used Paneracer comet 700 x 38c's on my frame and have approx. 8mm gap on the sides and to the rear of the frame. My 3XB 700c doesn't have rim boss's. Some 3XB frames are 26" mtb size , so suspect that is what you have ! Your frame likely isn't a 700c cyclo cross / road bike frame.

No it is part charge and 1/2 a charge, if you had to go out on an errand and then came back and charged it again and it took 75% to fully charge it then you will have 1 & 1/4 charges to the charge cycle rate.

Redshifts are quite good and the blurb say's 70% of shock is removed . I have them fitted to two of my non suspension bikes and they are good at damping shocks.

You still have air in the system , as most bike will . the reservoir as mentioned will often have an air pocket and inverting the bike will induce the air in to the brake line. Once the brakes are burped and working fine again one coudl top up the reservoir to reduce the air pocket
