    woosh don't reprogram the controller, the kits are supplied as shipped from 8-Fun. I have a programming lead to play with my kit but shamed to admit that I did not find any need to change anything.

    cwah, you turn the spanner in the direction you pedal to remove the cups. If you hammer it like in the picture, you are tightening it. The chain side cup (fixed side) has anticlockwise thread, the non drive cup (adjuster side) has the normal thread.

    you are small, you need a lightweight bike and with smaller wheels, 24 inch or 20 inch. Not a heavy bike with large wheels.

    not the TCM crank drives as they fit on the Krieger but the GSM motor that fits to the bottom bracket in the manner of the 8-Fun BBS01.
