Making a new law, or adding to existing laws whether by Act or SI, or whatever, is seen as a response. Applying existing law isn't. At least, that is my interpretation of why they so often creation new legislation.

But somewhere they (one idiot, untrained-on-the-vaccine doctor) over-dosed people - I think it was four doses delivered in one shot. The upshot seemed to be the sacking fo the doctor and nothing untoward regarding the patients. I think it was Australia and Pfizer/BioNTech.

A few years ago, the MHRA became aware that one make of a medicine was delivering significantly less of the active ingredient than it claimed. As low as 50% on a critical dose medicine. The reason, as it eventually was explained, rested on the change of one of the inactive ingredients - which...

Mine was on Friday 5th March. The injection was almost impossible to detect - despite me trying to watch it. No pain, lump, or anything in my arm at any stage. Between then and around Tuesday, I went through some very mild odd feelings. Even when sat still, I felt as if I was going down in a...

Wales' schools took it very slowly and that allowed time to resolve at least some of the issues. And, thank goodness, we are now slightly more free. They have also recognised that the general five mile travel limit might be, indeed is, inappropriate in rural areas.

I see the figures are out for January: Exports of goods, excluding non-monetary gold and other precious metals, fell by £5.3 billion (19.3%) in January 2021, because of a £5.6 billion (40.7%) fall in exports to the EU. Imports of goods, excluding non-monetary gold and other precious metals...

Shame Allan Sherman isn't around to record the update... Hello Muddah, hello Fadduh. Here I am at Camp Granada. Camp is very entertaining. And they say we'll have some fun if it stops raining.

Isn't it the occasionalness of that colour which is at the heart of the current issue? And even republics can manage a few blokes in fancy costumes on horses when they turn their mind to it:

Yes - I certainly agree that over many generations changes can and do happen. But in the predictable future it looks very much like no change.

A royal family, an inherited monarchy, are surely inherently racist? If there is no-one in line for the throne from a minority race, no-one from another race can be crowned. Royal family is 'very much not' racist, says Prince William

The road tunnels I have driven through (Mersey, Thames, Tyne, and probably several others) have all had massive air management systems. This is obviously essential when there are hundreds of ICE vehicles burning vast quantities of fuel. When - yes, I'll assume we get there - we are all driving...

Shapps obviously doesn't remember the controversy over building the Skye bridge! If he wants to talk about improving connectedness, he should study some geography. How about Isle of Wight as a much more modest bridge/tunnel proposal? Or a Kent/Essex, or Swansea/Devon ferry? Shapps rejected a...

Anyone understand why Pfizer/BioNTech chose a vial that meant there was difficulty getting extra doses in the first place? It is obvious they might not want extra doses to be extracted. But why a design that requires six/seven doses of vaccine to be put in the vial? And if there is a good...
