All in One hub kit from South Korea

If you have to carry a brick on your bike, the worst place to put it is in the rear wheel. It makes the bike feel heavier than it really is. That's one of the reasons why all in one wheels will never be a big success. I can see a front wheel all in one solution making a moderate success for...

I am not certain by just looking at the picture you posted. At first look, the rear wheel has normal quick release skewer, not a through axle bolt. You can fit a rear hub kit or a bottom bracket motor kit. We have several rear hub motors in stock. I suggest you call us and talk to Andy (01702...

A UK company which designs and manufactures here in the UK- ebike kits.

Bosa's first thread about the Neodrives is telling about the prospects of local manufacturing. Alber GmbH makes wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs. So they have already got the motor and electronics. What's wrong with selling the kit as Neodrives Z20? I reckon the volume is just not there and...

    Dodgy batteries ?

My battery suppliers always query why I want a fuse. I explain to them that my customers prefer to have a fuse. They don't charge me extra so everyone is happy.

    Dodgy batteries ?

My bms is set for 28A, the fuses are 20A. They are there in case the bms fails. You can short the battery without blowing the fuse, you do damage the connectors though.

    Dodgy batteries ?

I have fuses in my batteries for belts and braces. The BMS has overcurrent protection which acts faster than a fuse.

    Dodgy batteries ?

A lot of stuff comes from China, not worth obsessing about that. In my previous reply to you, I pointed out that most big brands battery cells are made in China, bosch and bmz have factories in China making parts and sub-assemblies for their European facilities. Two thirds of the worlds chips...

Just looking for some advice please.

I have seen a few damaged rims where both front and rear brakes are V-brakes. This does not happen when the front is disc and rear is V-brakes or when the motor is a crank drive.

Additional problem with v brakes is rapid wear of the braking surface on the rim. This is made worse if you have a rear hub, the increased inertia eats the rim in about 2,000 miles.
