    All the carriers are making changes - many have increased charges to cover their extra costs. This will affect everything from every country that is sent as parcels (rather than consignments).

    If I wished to send from UK to Norway, would I have to register with Norway's HMRC equivalent, pay for that, and do regular VAT returns? And, of course, keep abreast of Norway's VAT regulations.

    Observations: Is this the first time Johnson has been spot on time? Did they defer this so that they could say the Oxford-AZ vaccine is now actually being distributed/received by patients? He expressly referred to the whole UK!

    There have been around one million Covid-19 vaccines injected so far. There has not been one single vaccination in this county, so far as I can tell. I can appreciate some of the reasons but it is starting to look bad. Clarity and openness might help to dispel the questioning over distribution...
