    Need help with Ebike choice

I took it back to Eurobike this year to show again on the stand, would you like to buy it Dave?:) It's in Austria at the moment. All the best, David

    Anyone heard from Trex?

That's a shame, I did try very hard to fix the problem. Trex is a great contributor and I for one would welcome him back at any time. I am more than happy to forget what was said in the past. It's a new year, let's move forward again as a community. Kind regards, David

    Chinese Mid-Drive Crank Motors

This was eventually seen to be a rumour that was picked up on by the Chinese Gvt who sent messages to all manufacturers of ebikes in China warning them. After investigation it seems there was no substance. All the best, David

    Need help with Ebike choice

The main reason we are going to produce a 24" wheeled bike is the bike's saddle is lower for shorter people. Many people like to have both feet planted firmly on the ground when stationary.

    Need help with Ebike choice

That is a production model, we hung fire on building more for the reasons stated. The Maxi Drive system has started getting some favourable comments so we may reconsider. Our main aim next season is not to run out of stock of our existing models and to produce a 24" version of the 705se...

    Wisper 905se or Momentum upstart

Hi Sami, All the components are water resistant and will withstand heavy rain and puddles, but you should not submerge the electronic parts. All the best, David

    Need help with Ebike choice

We made a Maxi drive trail bike and showed the bike at Eurobike and the Cycle Show NEC back in 2015. The interest was not huge and it was generally felt that our rear hub system was better, so we decided to put the bike on ice. We may revisit the project later in 2017.

    Wisper 905se or Momentum upstart

Hi Sami, Thanks again for considering investing in a Wisper Electric Bike. Unless you use the throttle override, the Wisper SE bicycles do require you to put some effort into hill climbing. You are correct in your assumption that the power levels determine the amount of effort you need to add...

    Hello

Hi Rob, it's a tricky one. We are all competing with each other and a bike with even cheap sus forks looks better to some misinformed buyers. We took a big gamble designing and tooling then installing what we believe to be a far better solution, it does seem to have paid off though. We get...

    Hello

Hi Andy, the slip was a big factor, we have very recently moved from front to rear on our folders. Our hi Torque motors spin a front wheel if started in assistance levels 3 or 4. We also don't like the gyroscopic effect of a FWD and the weight of a front motor can destabilise the bike when on a...

    Hello

I agree with Woosh, this is where we differ. I would rather use top end lightweight forks than basic TG or Zoom sus forks. The solid forks we have designed are more expensive but I think it's worth the extra for the excellent ride and weight saving. For those that want suspension forks on our SE...

    Converting a Birdy Folder

Hi Croxden, sorry Claud didn't get back to you. We have been particularly busy over the last couple of week. He's converted a lot of Bromptons but never a Birdy. I'll have a word. All the best, David

    Hello

The biggest give away is the forks. We would not use basic Top Gun suspension forks on our bikes. It's a very good buy though! All the best, David

    Wisper 905se or Momentum upstart

The Momentum upstart is a superb bike, but very different to the Wisper. Both benefit from local servicing etc. It really is down to personal preference. My advice would be to give both models a good long test ride and see which you prefer. Either way thanks for considering a Wisper! All the...

Woosh Big Bear 2017 specs, £750 - Location Maidstone, Kent.

The first bikes were 905e not se. So this will certainly be second or even third generation. I will try and dig out an image of one of our first bikes. All the best David
